Our story

We spent 15 years in the service industry before importing our first Toyota Vellfire for our own executive hire. After seeing how complicated—and sometimes unclear—the import process could be, we decided to build a service around honesty, expertise, and full accountability. We visited Japan, learned the auction/export process end‑to‑end, partnered with reliable shippers, and set up a Southampton base to help customers do it the right way.
